Is there any other way to edit Roster (.ROS) files?

i want to edit Roster Files without even using the REDitor 'cause you have to pay to get the "better" features of the program.

is there any other way? HEX editing or whatever?

I don't have money to pay for the full version of the REDitor, so, yes. I'm that poor. Don't judge.
