Help editing numbers for jerseys

Hi, I'm trying to make a fictional team (metropolis superbasket ). I have edited the jersey completely besides the numbers. I have tried several times and i can't find what's the problem. Right now I see the numbers but I see the background of the file, for example the backgroud of the file is pink. I have edited this on photoshop, and the alpha layer is correct, but at the moment of the import in the mod tool, there is some kind of problem and the alpha layer is ignored. I save the file as .DDS with the format DXT5. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me please?

Yes, I use the mod tool, the one that can edit the jersey numbers, but I can't make it work correctly. I don't know if the problem is the mod tool, or the photoshop plugin... i don't know. can someone help here?

That's the tool i'm using, but i'm not capable to make it work fine .
Maybe i have to reinstall the plugin, i don't know.

By the way, i only need to change the color of the numbers, so if someone can help me here it will be apreciated
