HELP with Andrew Goudelock cyberface

Two questions:

1) which number is his cyberface?
2) how can i edit arms? I mean i know how to edit faces. What's with arms? How should i save them? I use photoshop. I import the DDS, then i save it to png, i modify the png (i use another software to do that), then i import the created png into the original DSS and how should i save it? Which options?
