2004-05 Season Mod Release

Here is the retro patch for the 2004-05 season.

It includes:
- Jerseys
- Alternate jerseys
- Logos
- Courts
- Correct player numbers
- Correct player experience
- Correct player equipment
- Correct roster (Week 1, November 4, 2004)
- Free agents
- All portraits
- All cyberfaces

Note:
This patch only includes logos, cyberfaces, etc.
This patch does not include any changes to gameplay or ball and scoreboard graphics.
Caution: This is a conversion, so existing files will be replaced. Therefore, back up your data!
I still need a few more graphics: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=117219
The player ratings aren't perfect yet. Eventually, I'll use my old patch: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=65634
as a template. For my old NBALive08 patch, I took all the statistics and mathematically adjusted the player ratings from them.
