2K Share Rosters not loading

So I downloaded the game from amazon.com the other day and it runs perfectly fine and dandy.

I am having a problem, however with 2K Share rosters. They are downloading and saving perfectly fine, and when I load them from the load menu it says they have successfully loaded. When I go to use the updated rosters or view them in the Rosters menu, they are the default ones.

Am I missing something?
