So basically you can't do anything as far as modding goes unless you pay for Reditor. This really sucks, Reditor should be a freeware, it's not the money I just don't trust this guy enough to give him my credit card #.

you can do all the visual modding in the world, and with the free version you can add CFs to players, switch up gear, etc.

You don't give him your credit card directly, you use paypal which is really good at getting your money back if something wrong happens.

I would like to add created jerseys and shoes. Is there any way I can do it without reditor?

you could replace existing jerseys with hex editing, but you cant do anything with shoes
