find lebrons png number

copy that png####.iff file in the 2k11 folder and rename it to whatever 4 digit number you want that doesnt overwrite an existing file

open that copied file with the mod tool and export the face

add your face or whatever face you want to lebron's arms. there is no way to just add his tattoos to a normal My Player, you need to have a CF to us them
