REQUEST: Easiest Way To Create A CF of Yourself

I want to make a CF of myself, what is the best possible method ?
I've seen a youtube video from an older game of live and apparently it works but i was confused as to how everything was done :S

i dont know much about the texture side of things other than you needing to be able to match your face's skintone to one of the skintones in the game and after that its just blending your face of an existing look-a-like NBA face.

you will need to learn how to use the mod tool and dds files though
