How do you change the moral of CPU teams' players in asso?

because star players on other teams are irritated, etc in their morale, thus, making their ratings fall.

And i want to play against them in their full ratings.
How do i raise their morale?
Or is their a cheat or hack for this?

the pay versions of the REDitor that can edit association files could do this, but I dont know of any trainers though.

FYI, found a solution. trade them.

use trade override.
trade them, and bring them back.
moral will be normal.
