Help, Want to know how to create a dds file for sweat

I want to create my own version of sweat in 2k11 but i don't know what tools I needed to use? thanks

Mod Tool to import to and from the global.iff file
Photoshop or GIMP to create your DDS file and save it properly

jao, do you a list of what colors resembled for each sweat? Ex: pink is for super sweat, green is for not much sweat etc?

i havent messed with that particular texture,
you'll be better off just experimenting
