Is it possible to save a created player face?

im very proud of what i came up with and i was wondering if there's any way to save my player face to make it a file or something, (not neccesaraly in mp mode) a cyberface that i can use for many things.

you can open the REDitor and copy out his headshape values, but there is no way to export a CF like players with normal iff files assigned to them

Texmod can export the texture, but you would have to blend the hair with the face texture. However, you can't export the shape of the head.

and if i give you a picture of my player is it possible somehow to create a 3s model headshape using it?

No. You can use facegen to do that yourself.

how can i turn my head i made in facegen into a cyberface in 2k11?

can u describe to me the steps, after i made the model in facegen, what to do?

Explain what you want. Do you want to put your real face on your created player our do you want to save your created players head for use outside of the game?

how to make a new iff file of me? with cyberface , portrait and everything

I can't help you. There is the cyberface converter that can help you with that. You can convert extracted 3d models and change them in blender, which is free. Check the NBA 2k11 tutorial section and you will find what you need. Modtool for extracting three 3d model, cyberface converter to convert it to an editable format, and blender tutorial to learn how to edit it.
