Changing Skin Tone

I would like to know what tool I can use to lighten a player's skin tone...for example from a 5 to 4 in the case of dominique Jones. Do i have to export the .iff file? And if so what tool do i do that with? Thank you!

Use nba2kmodtool to uncompress the .iff file and get the arm files, open them on photoshop and brightness/contrast tool to lighten it up. After you will use REDitor to change the skin tone value which only affects his legs.
