NEED HELP - Editing shoe color in a Global file

In a global file, how do u edit the shoe colors?...particularly the color RED.
Does it have to do with shadow mod or something?
If there's a link or topic regarding this...pls give the link coz for now i really cant find it.

I play My Player mode most of the time and whenever I edit the shoe color in the roster, the changes doesn't show in My Player mode at all.

Any help will be appreciated.
