Sorry that nobody ever replied, anyway when it comes to modding it's basically what you decide to do.
You can either go to the release section and download files such as the infamous Shadowmods (makes the graphics better) or jerseys or updated courts. You can also download the CF of your favorite players and the most updated roster. Welcome to the PC world of NBA simulations. The sky is the limit.
