Request for real playoffs association

Hi fellows,
I have tried and failed to create an ASSOCIATION, all 30 teams USER controlled that yealds the correct playoff matchups.
What I mean is essentially a playoff save, only with all the advanced statistics and feature provided by playing within the association.
[which are not availible in normal playoff mode]
If somebody could manufacture such a save i would be VERY grateful.
These are the "requirements"

*Association save from the start of the 2011 playoffs
*real matchups
*11 minute quarters
*best off 3-3-3-5 format (one save with 1-1-1-3 would also be nice, but not as important)
*All teams user controlled
*up to date rosters(no need for real injuries, since teams are user controlled we can take care of it on our own)
perhaps based on Kova's or Juza's latest rosters.
*Chemistry:off
*progressive fatigue:on
*AI trades : off (of course otherwise the rosters will be messed up by playoffs time)

If this is possible, or you have advice for me on how I can get it to work on my own, that would be the bomb!
