What time setting do you play in My player mode?

So I just realized that I can change the Simulation Quaters to 5 mins as well. I play 5 min QTRs in my player and rest of the league games were being 12 Mins QTRs. so obviously big disparity in stats. What time setting gives equal stats to 5 mins of gameplay? 5 min Qtrs is obvious choice but just wanted to make sure if there is something else someone might want to add.
