Creating a Face and Uploading that face to NBA 2K11

I just started and I have Rededitor, Audio Photo Shop CF5, Blender and I have faceshop 3.5, also I have the face edit program from the chineese website. And I still can't figure out how do I create my players and add them to NCAA College teams through the rosters I downloaded. I would like my players to look like their counterparts. On the rosters you download off this site some of the players look like them others don't and than their are to many generic players for the major teams. I would like to fix that and share my rosters. At least get the starting five and the 1 poplar player off the bench. I would love to see Scotti Hopson's high fade in my association. Which leads me to another question how do you take those NCAA 2K11 Mod players and create a draft class. I can make them all through the create scree through the game and they would somewhat look like them but I could play my xbox and do that. I would like something realer. Can you please help. I learn quick and right now I have a lot of patience, programs and don't know where to start.
