Isthere a good .iff editor that I could use to view and edit .iff files?

In the releases forum if you look at the stickies you should download the "Mod Tool" that opens iff files

you can also google "NBA 2K9 iff editor" and download that, it still works

also you can download the 2k10 32 bit jersey editor or the 2k11 64 bit jersey editor to edit textures as well
