Can anyone help me? Kobe arm bands.

Can anyone help me? How can I make these arm and leg bands just like Kobe's in this picture? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Is there anyone who can help me please? 
Anyways, I've tried using the mod tool and editing the global.iff
Can anyone just have an idea on how to decrease the length of an accessory?
I'm planning on making the elbow sleeve like the one Kobe's wearing on his left arm. I also would like to make the knee sleeve just like the one his wearing on his right leg.
Can anyone help me please? thanks!
