to everybody who supports this kind of works,the patchers,the lurkers and everybody else who might think this is interesting,it's been a slow month for patching,as the title says "so this is what it has come to" i mean seriously,no disrespect to the patchers who still make their works with all their efforts we all thank you,seriously we do,for your effort,but is where we are the drought in patching? seriously nba2k9 had a lot of great patchers,and so did 2k10 and ofcourse now for 2k11,but we don't get the quality works we used to get with ALL THE GREAT PATCHERS GETTING BANNED,i'm not pointing any fingers here but i think it's been a slow year in patching,except ofcourse for the great patches that came out this year namely the shadow mods of johndoe,the courts of drosebulls,aamarowade,ricoy,thelegend and others who i forgot to mention, and the Reditor of vlad just to name a few. I'm just saying,if we were all reasonable in kicking somebody out,then alot of the great patchers should've stayed

I agree, it's a shame most of good patchers are banned, but some of them are banned because of their diva antics and attitude. Except John Doe, really don't know why ban him. And Ricoy, he din't seem to be a diva and had some nice patches. Even sadder is that i can't find most of them anywhere now, except AmaroWade who is on moddingway and Johndoe on his blog

Johndoe was banned because he was the returned banned member terrybgood who had a LOT of issues here last year. He wanted to ask for donations for his patching, which we said no to, and then stopped posting here a few weeks before he was actually banned. He had already started his blogspot and released 5 or so versions of his lighting mods that werent even posted here. He was banned because of his history, and while he didnt do anything wrong in that instance per se, I didnt want to give him a chance to add to the drama. It was a ban long overdue, something that was going to be overridden, but since he didnt share details on how to mod the jerseys, or the global lighting files, the need to ban the returning banned member remained.


Ricoy did do the RIP NLSC crap, but he did it in the mist of everyone else doing it and getting banned, so I got to it quickly which is why you may not have seen his drama stuff.


The reason you haven't been seeing their patches posted at gamingaccess, moddingway, bbsballs or that blogspot is because they started a private Facebook group. Evidently they wanted to make sure they their stuff isn't shared with the users here or even accessible to the people here, and that is their choice.


If a group of users here want to start a revolt and cause public drama, then they are going to get banned. It doesn't matter if its these guys, Badger, or even other Moderators. If I had RIP NLSC in my sig, how long do you think Andrew would keep me around?
