Help Please

Im sorry to bother everyone again but I want to really know how i can edit or create my own jerseys, edit accessories...
I have ModTool do i use that to edit or another program? Your Help will be muchly appreaciated if your going to tell me to use a different program can u please post the link and instructions on how to use that program...

modtoll to export/import texture or 3d model,jersey editor if you want to edit jersey number,cf converter if you want to edit Headshape..
photoshop/GIMP to edit texture,..blender/3dmax/maya to edit 3d model
