My player mode teams' playbooks

i am currently playing nba 2k11 on the pc. i have used the tsearch prg to get playvision to display the playart on the floor and also have played without tsearch running. however, both times not matter what the CPU controlled team runs the same playbook as the team i am on. for instance playing on the grizzilies against the heat, they ran the same plays we did...never did i see them run iso's with lebron, or habe bosh come of the screen on the baseline.

am i missing something here or is this how it is in general?
