well i know how to import already but i want to know how can i make my own mods...
For example, How can i edit the jerseys or edit the sweat of players my self?

for jerseys you export the textures in the uh/ua files
this thread will help identify files for you

sweat is controlled by certain textures in the global file, use this thread to find them
