Coach editing and playing with association teams

Hi everyone, I've been willing to do two things, but since I'm a total n00b when it comes to nba 2K11 patching I'd like to get some help. I'm not requesting that a patch be done for me, but if someone can explain how I could do what I want to do it'd be gladly appreciated.

The first thing (and probably the easiest one) is changing my coach in my association. I'm playing with the bobcats, and I'd like to change Larry Brown with Paul Silas, along with the coach attributes, cyberfaces and all that (I don't want to change the plays though). I don't know if there already is a Paul Silas around here or even in the game (haven't checked), but all I'm looking for is instructions on how I could do this and I'll go and find all of the stuff myself.

Second thing is I'd like to be able to play with my association team against my brother using his own association team. Is that possible ? I haven't tried anything yet either, so excuse me if it's as simple as just loading the two teams after exporting them.

on the latter question. When you go to save your team in Association.. There is an option to export the team. What you do is export yours.. Export your bro's and then load them and they should be available in QUICK GAME>
