Realistic sliders?

Guys do you have any sliders to suggest?Kova did a great work with roster, you will may disagree but i think his sliders aren't good.Cpu is cheating,fg is too low,too many dunks,if somebody has some realistic sliders i'll be happy if he post them.Thanks in advance...
