my nba 2k11 get slow in game

HELP HERE! My nba 2k11 turn slow when i start the game. But in menu its normal its not slow but when i start the game its starts to become slow...

here is my specs
pentium 4 2.2 ghz dual core
ram : 2.75GB
video card : 512 mb NVIDIA GeForce 7050/ NVidia nForce 610i

Help pls

Go to OPTIONS > VIDEO SETTINGS. and if you want you can set to the lowest setting. But your gameplay will be sick as hell. The players will look like a scarecrow.. LOL

Well, don't believe on it. And you might have a running programs in the background. Make sure to disable it.

oh i get it. in the options in nba 2k11 ok, but i already uninstalled the nba but im going to install it again

...again it only slow when the game was started not in menu

resolution : 1280x768(is this the highest?) Try lowering this.
refresh rate: 70(I thought this is supposed to be 60?)
window mode : off
VSync: on(Try to off this. Not sure if it's really needed.)
Anti-Aliasing(MSAA): off
Anti-Aliasing quality: N/A
Arena: High
Player: high(Try medium? High settings of player is a resource hog. You need a better video card.)
crowd detail: medium
sideline characters: on
texture quality: high(Medium? Is there a medium for this?)
depth of field:
floor reflection: on
