Association Settings

I want to know what is the exact or proper setting of making Association because you can't change the settings when the season begins.
Just want to know if Player Role and Team Chemistry should be turn ON? etc. .

If I will turn on the Player Role, it could cause me a problem in the middle of the season, players asking for some minutes in game blah blah blah. How about the Team Chemistry? What the use of that?

lol..for me that is another challenge when play association,how to manage your roster..and of course to prevent for cheating,because there ppl who like to make unrealistic trade before start the association,examples : put together cp3,lbj,d'wade,melo,bosh,d'will,durant,melo,al jeferdon,and dwight in one team,if you play with this team with player role turn on,they will complain for minutes play even in early day of the season...
and for team chemistry,,more high value = more better they play as a team..

LOL. That is an INSANE roster. haha.. Anyway, thank you for your thoughts. I will make my 5th Association (still can't get the right roster and slider for me), I will be choosing the Knicks.

Knicks is good team to go,but imo they need player with good drive/penetrating ability (slasher play style) in 2 or 3...just my opinion ...
