How to fix rotation in Association Mode?

Why is it that when you control 30 teams in the association mode, the rotation of all 30 teams are reset? I mean all starting 5 have more than 30 mins playing time why the nbench are just getting less than 10 mins?

Do I need to fix it by my self?
I'm using the roster of Alby's and the rotation are not accurate when I want to control the 30 teams.

Probably because when you started, you selected "Yes, adjust rotations based on role changes"

But even if I did not edit the roles of teams, still the rotations are that bad.. what should I do?

Yes I'm controlling the 30 teams but all teams have 30 plus mins of every starting five..

Before, when I'm just controlling 1 team the rotations are all fine.

I don't understand. Most starters play 30+ minutes anyway.

I think there's an option where your assistant coaches adjust the lineup as injuries occur, if option is checked the cpu adjusts the rotation.
Even if that option is turned off, the rotation being set by the cpu also happens occasionally even if you are controlling the 30 teams. It's not a glitch exclusive to 2K11, it happens to 2K10 and 2K9 as well.
