Need help about ROSTER UPDATE (RED NAMES)

Hi there, I just downloaded a ROSTER UPDATE, after attaching the file in the game folder, I entered the game and checked immediately the ROSTER of every team.
I found out that there are some players that their names are in RED color, I know that there are in RED because they are injured. The ROSTER UPDATE is dated October 25,2010, here's the link of that update viewtopic.php?f=132&t=75857.

I just want to ask if these RED NAMES will be in permanent unless I will download and attached a new ROSTER UPDATE???

Yes sir. A player has a RED name and it has a downward arrow beside on his name. He is injured right? But is this PERMANENT? Because I got that ROSTER UPDATE here viewtopic.php?f=132&t=75857 (PC . October 25,2010)
