Tool for Accesories Editing/Creating

Hello, I wanted to know if we have a tool for NBA 2k11 for creating custom accesorries. It is something I have done in the past, NBA Live... forgot what year. But the programs would obviously be different. I hope the basic logic stays the same though.

I just want to give Blake Griffin some adidas arm sleeves, same as Dwight.
