A few questions about my player (PC)

1. The 2k insider told me that now i can suggest trades for the team, how can i do it?
2. I'm a PG for the Grizzlies but i can't see the playcall messages and playvisions, how can i activate these two?
3. How to check popularity, chemistry, etc.

Menu > My Career > My Trades > "A" button and You choose the team, You want.

i dont wanna be traded, i want to suggest players for the team on who to get

you will get this option when you play at least 10 games,
they will ask you to select five players that you think would fit well with your team/gameplay.
at least,that's what happened to me.
