VIP Viewer and Jordans not saving

The games I play don't save in the VIP Viewer. It only saved the one game I played immediately after creating a user profile. BTW, I've also had this problem in 2K10 and 2K9, but still can't think of any solution.

Also, all the Jordan shoes I unlock disappear when I exit the game and launch it again. While the VIP Viewer isn't that big of a deal to me, this is pretty annoying.

I don't really know what to do with this. All the modes (haven't completed any of the Jordan Challenges though, and from the looks of things I think those may not save either), settings, sliders, replays, rosters etc. save with no problems. Any ideas?

Every time you finish a game, save User Profile to save and update your VIP. I don't have the game yet but I'm guessing that you have to save the Settings to save your unlocked shoes, that or User Profile again.
