Help, Want to know how to create a dds file for sweat

I want to create my own version of sweat in 2k11 but i don't know what tools I needed to use? thanks

and, just some screwing around to see what colors do what to the sweat

jao, do you a list of what colors resembled for each sweat? Ex: pink is for super sweat, green is for not much sweat etc?
