DR1's shoes won't change

Hi guys! I downloaded MLLR's Adizero Rose 1.5 and patched it. I'm using this global (http://nba-2k.com/nba-2k11-hd-real-patches/) and Darth's newest roster file (11.3). I started the game and looked at his shoes. It's still Adizero Rose 1.0. What could be the problem?
