How much $$ for a cyberface?

I want myself in the game. It angers me year after year that 2K won't add some kind of technology like PES or FIFA use for importing your pictures,etc. I would like to learn how to do it on my own, but most tutorials are crap or written by someone who's first language isn't English. After looking around these forums, i also see people don't really help noobs like me out. So, how much would it cost for one of you experts to create me in the game? Face, headshape, tattoos. I would have to see some work you've done b4 paying up of course.

Or maybe someone can provide me with a link to someones webpage that does cyberface requests?

Got another quick question. When i download cyberface's for guys like Reggie Miller. How do i get it to show up?? I created Reggie Miller. Then downloaded the file and placed it in the correct folder, but nothing?
