Jhiane, don't you think if their PC's were capable of high settings they would still play on low? Of course the fuck not. They know your suggestion has some merit but they can't help it if they're poor and can't afford a better PC.

Well aren't you the genius for reiterating things.
That guy was 'sad' because he can only play in low settings (because he's dirt poor and can't afford a decent PC much less buy guns/knives to rob a PC store), which is safe to assume that he wants to play it in high to enjoy the eye candy, which is in line with what you initially said, which makes me want to repeat my previous posts. If you didn't get that, use more common sense bro.
