CF converting from 2k10

Does any know how to tranplant cfs from 2k10 to 2k11? Or maybe can show me how if its not too complicated. Im trying to get Koresh_NIK's Jeff Teague cf from 2k10 on to 2k11. No one has done a good Teague yet and I like this one. I heard its not to hard to do but I would appreciate the help. And of course I would share it with everyone else as well.

First you need permission from Koresh to replicate it, I know I converted a Penny Hardaway for a member here after he got permission from MiR. The CF texture you can convert but the HS you can not, I recommend to make one yourself, that's all you need to convert.
