Changing Headband Color

Is there anyway to do it? On REDitor there are only two known values, that is 0 for Team-Colored headand and 1 for none. I want to have an all black headband if possible. Is there such a way to do it?

only if that team's tcolor1 is black,
team's accessory colors are controlled in the jerseys tab
