Startup Screen

Anybody here able to replace MJ in the startup screen? It's doable, as ive seen a pba mod that actually did that. Can anyone teach us? I can export from titlepage.iff just fine but get stuck in editing it in Photoshop and making it work.
Somebody's got an image he's so desperate to keep.
