Best rosters of each team?

Hello there. I've searched for a post of a guy who were making a MOD which would have the best roster of each team (eg. Showtime Lakers, CP3 Hornets, Thomas Pistons...). Could anybody tell me if he finally ended it and, if is the case, which is the link?
