Need help on Cuervo0808 backboards

Hi guys. Im the newest member here. Im updating the look of my nba 2k11 PC platform. I would like to update the look of my backboard and stand (the one shown by Cuervo 0808's backboards, theyre fantastic!!). I downloaded the textures (22-5, 22-7...) but how do I use them? Do I just put them on the 2k11 directory folder or should these files replace an existing file? Hope you could help me on this one. Thanks

you need to import those dds files into the stadium s###.iff files with the mod tool

I followed the tutorial but I have some issues with the jar file. It should be 'executable jar file' to be able to open it but mine came out as winrar (zip file). Im trying to figure out how to make it exe.

Anyway, just one inquiry, Im really after the new shape/appearance of the backboard and its stand (Pls see my file attachment). Is Cuervo0808's real stadium file for sponsor/advertisement logos only or does it also change the shape of the backboard and stand? Where can I get this file so I can change the shape of my backboard & stand?
