Edit Courts for International Version ?

hi from germany...

i´m new here and whant to aks how i can edit courts ? wich file must be open ?
so i´m looking for a programm to open the .iff files. surch for photoshop cs4
plugin but don´t found it.

what i am looking for is to edit the smal logos. you can download great works
here but what i am looking for, are the smal logo folder, same the logo-patch
you can download on nba2k.

example: whant edit the pacers court with small logos like this:



hope that someone can help me or give me some instructions what i can do to
edit courts.

unfortunately the only way to edit the small logos for international users is if they use the low quality floors. check kaaba's thread in the releases forum

o.k. i know. but the kaaba´s, so nice it is, looks like an hockeycourt.
i know the court patch that have some small logos in there. i will know
how can i edit for myself.
