CF Patching Help

Hello,

Im new to this whole patching thing and I need some help, If someone can please.

I just need some help identifying what the files inside the png.iff ( CF file) file are for. I know that the file #0 for the high detail texture for the arms and #1 is for low detail arms. I want to know what the other files are for, I mean I see 3 3d head models and I don't know what they are all for.
