NBA 2k11 Portrait update

Is it possible to do? If yes, which tool is used for it? Maybe someone is working on it? 'Cause default portraits sucks, and there are some nice headshots of every player uploaded by Ryan. Any thoughts?

still no tool for this,the tool from 2k10 cant be use to mods 2k11 portrait file..
