Cannot create save on disc?

I have this problem and i 've read about this but nobody gave some quality solution.I can't save anything and everytime even the profile i open the game i must play with MJ and i can't play association or my player beacuse of this problem?

EDIT:I saw that some guy solved this problem because he had non english letters in his last account and this cause that he couldn't save anything.I have non english words in my last name but i don't know how to change this beacuse when i rename account on control panel it is not changed in nba 2k11.I mean when i go right click nba 2k11.exe and run as there is still old surnames i hope you understand what i am trying to say and i hope you can help me...

Renaming your account won't do anything, you have to create a new one and run the game on it. Had the same thing with 2K9.
