How to create a 2k11 2kShare account?

I have no idea how to do this on the PS3? And consequently I am unable to update the rosters or download stuff. Anyone want to help out, it's probably something really, really simple.

you dont create an account. You just go online with your PSN name and download. If you cant download then the servers are probably down so try again later.
