Problem with Association trades?

Hi guys,
two weeks after the beginning of the association, all my players have a star and I can no longer swap players in a realistic way.
ex. for Rondo they give me Hasheem Thabeet because both have only one star

This is unreal, I have Nate Robinson unhappy but I cannot swap it with any of its value for this reason, even with a young man who is much less strong than him.
I would like to know if it's a bug or is normal, and if it is normal I would like to know why this happens. thanks for the reply and sorry for the inconvenience.

It's a known bug that will be fixed in the next patch (late november).
There is a temporary fix to it, just edit and save all your players (you dont need to do any change)and there you go... all players with the correct stars. This fix only last till the next training is made, as this bug is produced by training the players.
What i do in my association, is everytime i want to make a trade, i edit all my players.

Another bug I found -

I simmed the first year of my assocation, trades are turned on etc.

Well in season 2 the CPU will STOP all trades/signing etc, the only thing is coach hire/fire.

(CPU still signs during the "off season" tasks, I am referring to DURING the 2nd regular season)

Kind of kills it, as now all teams are basically locked in with their players and you see no "movement" until the off season. Total garbage...stuck with this as a paper weight until the patch
