help on creating custom CFs

hello im new and ive been asking around in threads but no one seems to be bothering so i thought i'd make my own.. can someone tell me what tools can be used to edit the iff files? and if possible can you link them here too? i want to create CFs and contribute here, so yeah please help me help you, thanks

cant figure it out, tried using 2kmodtool as per Ricoy's suggestion, which is easy enough to figure out.. will use that for now..

just drag it to your iff editor over the source texture..
