a general request from all the good CF patchers

for this year, a big wish for me is to have many of you great CF patchers working on faces for MISSING PLAYERS (like for example landry fields or jeremy lin) and WRONG LOOKING PLAYERS (like gallinari still with his old hair etc.).
What i hope is that you guys start working on this aspect before making 43 kobes and 25 lebrons

I wish I had a cyberface 3d modeling tool that worked for windows vista, because I'd definitely work on the people that actually need working on... .

Sadly, only a few patchers here have the common sense who do that, it's so few that I can count them all in one hand.
Most of them will continue patching Kobe, Jordan, LeBron, Wade, and Howard until 2K12 comes along.

Hello guys, can you point me at the direction of tools i will need if i want to edit stuff in 2k11? im good (or at least i should be, since im a professional artist, but hey the real guys who make these are pros too but look at what they give us lol) but really new to this so any help would be appreciated..

yeah, i hope you guys start working on this when you got every needed tool...hopefully we will have many missing/generic/wrong players cyberfaces close to the beginning of the season, and not around playoffs/offseason like last year

damn really, what's the point of having to choose between 4 (of course nicely done) derrick rose cyberfaces!i totally respect patchers work because they make the game so great, but as i download one new cf for a player like d rose, i'm not going to download the other 3 version...there should be like a checklist for NEEDED cyberfaces

lol i agree, there should be like one pinned thread and all the good CFs go there so that they know if the best CF around is already good so they wont have to make another..

If there were enough patchers out there, this could be a good idea! unfortunately personally i'm a numbskull when it comes to this stuff, so i totally respect those that do it, even if there are alot of Kobes and Lebrons.



One idea could be to have a thread poll for each player that requires some major work, then all the patchers can contribute their work and the best one is voted on by the forum. it would give incentive to the patchers to do some of the less popular players if there's a chance of "winning" something.

then the thread of winners can be stickied at the top.

I totally agree on this. Having a checklist of terrible cyberfaces and then have our best patchers work on them separately without any duplication on a particular player.

But then again this all depends on patchers preferences and all we could do is wait.

We have more chance of EA releasing out Elite for the PC than the patchers doing that.
