Goes over the new controls and mentions the Dunk Contest (yay Blacktop mode!)

Look for more news soon about great enhancements coming to other core features like Online Mode, Blacktop, Association mode, as well as one of my favorite modes from last year, NBA Today.

Blacktop!!!! Street baby.

oh, and demo date announcement comes tomorrow.
Opinions are my own.

Wow, a lot of insights still to come. This game is so promising. I hope after this 4-5 day drought that the information will now come abundantly.

Sounds cool and all, but to be honest I'd rather play a basketball game with a controller.

It is a controller, just a different type.

Well, yes. I meant a more traditional/standard controller; I figured that was implied.

Back in the day before PC gaming died and was buried, we called them gamepads to differentiate from things like flight sticks and trackballs.

Those were simpler times. Better times.

"Games on a PC?" Kids these days ask puzzled. "You mean like on Facebook?" And we'd say no, with 3D graphics and polygons and gameplay and shooting. "On a PC?!?" They reply incredulous.

Gamepad? That's an odd name. I'd have called 'em chazzwazzas.
